Sophie Monk Lashes Out At The Bachelor Producers

The internet went into overdrive tonight after former Bachelorette Sophie Monk tweeted heavy criticism of the hit reality TV Bachelor franchise.

"Nobody told me I could just choose no one at the end of my season," she wrote to her 146 thousand Twitter followers.

The former singer, actress and radio personality ended up choosing Stu Laundy at the end of her time on The Bachelorette. But the pair confirmed their split 6 months later.

"Honestly, if I'd known i could just reject everyone it would have saved me so much time," Sophie Monk told Double Bay Today. "I was just trying to do the right thing by the producers."

The 39 year old has revealed she's in a new relationship with a man she met and kissed on a recent flight.

"I felt like I needed to choose someone on the flight," she says. "We'll see how long this relationship lasts."
