#Breaking: Gladys Berejiklian Hires Marie Kondo To Assist In Vacating Office

The NSW Premier is reportedly preparing to leave government, 8 weeks before the election.

Double Bay Today has been given a photo of Gladys Berejiklian having a consultation with tidying expert Marie Kondo at her Martin Place office.

In a leaked email sent before the consult, the Premier wrote to Kondo:

"Hi Marie, I won't be given much time to clear out of my office after the election, so I want to get a head start. Can you help?"

Subsequent emails discuss costs and dates for the consultations, with the first one scheduled to have already happened on Thursday last week.

During the consult, a Liberal Party insider told Double Bay Today that Kondo convinced Gladys Berejiklian to throw out several sentimental items.

Among them, a hard hat the Premier wore at the launch of the troubled light rail project.

The insider says Gladys was heard telling Marie Kondo the hard hat "didn't spark joy."

It's understood the Premier is scheduled to have two more consultations with Kondo in the lead up to the election on March 23.
